Eligibility Considerations
  • Applicant must be an honorably discharged single female veteran or survivor of any age living alone or with minor dependent children.*
  • Income eligibility will be determined on an individual basis. Income must be sustainable. Household size will also be taken into consideration.
  • Applicant must verify continuous two-year residence in the State of California or recent return from out of state or overseas duty.
  • Applicant must be able to care for her personal and financial needs and to live independently.
*MWIN endeavors to support women veterans of all ages and recognizes that families today may be multi-generational. Most of our vets live alone, but not all.
